A huge part of our success in providing great supports are the teams that perform the direct care to assure that the lives of people are well spent. The Operations Manager guides and supports these teams of Direct Support Professionals, in part, as a leader, teacher, coordinator and communicator. The Operations Manager works with co-managers of multiple home sites located in St Helens and Scappoose, OR.
This full time position pays $22/hour and includes an excellent benefit package, including no deductible medical and vision insurance and fully paid dental insurance for employee, generous time off policy, retirement account with 5% company match, health incentive, Life Insurance, an Employee Assistance Program and voluntary Short and Long Term Disability.
While shifts are based on a standard work week, this job will require flexibility to perform all duties. This job requires in-person attendance.
